The Brief of Our Company: 

A family run olive farm going back to 1980 with a passion to produce a multi-awarded premium quality extra virgin olive oil, monocultivar Coratina which has been awarded over that past years several recognition's internationally for its high quality. Our CHIAROSCURO EVOO is listed in the Gambero Rosso 2020 Oli d'Itaia guide with 2 leafs. We are located in Trani in the region of Puglia, Italy. We currently export to North America and Europe.

The Information about Our Products: 

CHIAROSCURO is an extra virgin olive oil with high polyphenols (over 700 mg/kg) which are rich with antioxidants. We harvest late October and the olives are milled within 6 to 12 hours after harvest at less than 27° C. Harvest method manual and Mechanical. Bottle sizes are 100, 250, 500 ml and 5 litre tins upon request. Our extra virgin olive oil is free of any pesticides as we only use organic products to treat the trees. Olive oil analysis available upon request. All bottles are fitted with anti-refill caps that prevent the evoo from being tampered with. We also have flavored oils such as Ginger, Lemon, Pistacchio, Garlic, Chilli Peper and white truffle.
