Before April 01, 2013 the application form with the receipt of the deposit due will be accepted, the exhibitor will be entitled to get one of the following favorable choices:

Prior to booking 27sqm or more, the opportunity to earn 30-mintue time during wine tasting meeting to promote your wine and company

One AD banner(216 pix x 60 pix) on the official website for one year

 

3. Total & Deposit:

Remark: The receipt of the deposit due must be accompanied with the application form. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the exhibitor (see article 7 of the general regulation).

We herewith recognize and abides by the legal validity of the General Regulations of Oil China 2013 (click her for the details), and acknowledge the truth that the organizer only accepts Application Forms duly filled in and signed, accompanied by the copy of the receipt for the deposit due by and not beyond July 01, 2013.After July 01, 2013 requests and applications will be accepted at the discretion of the organizer and put on the waiting list. No rights hereunder shall accrue to the exhibitor until the payment for space is made in full and this contract has been accepted in writing and signing. A copy of booth confirmation and invoice will be sent to the exhibitor after booth space is assigned and the contract is signed.
